Actually I think I did contact support but that was because I was too impatient with my button clicking. Now have 2010 Pro on my computer, only used Word and Excel so far but it looks good. Got a bit daunted by the download and install instructions initially but followed them and everything worked out well.

I needed. Help to install the program . It was installed remotely. I could not have had better support. Your company surpassed itself. Thank you so much
