I bought and downloaded the products and they worked as told. No problem with anything at all. Just have to read the installation instructions carefully and do as told.

Actually I think I did contact support but that was because I was too impatient with my button clicking. Now have 2010 Pro on my computer, only used Word and Excel so far but it looks good. Got a bit daunted by the download and install instructions initially but followed them and everything worked out well.
